Botanical Excursions
We first pursued a botany degree at UNC Pembroke. It became so clear that the botanical branches of study and ethnobotanical implications of plants in life are staggering. The presence of plants in our human lives are interwoven in so many facets of our life. Both Le' Anna Quick and Ramsey Arram have pursued cultivation. Venturing working on organic farms and in horticultural pursuits. In the creation of foraging guides as educational resources, the extension of nature's hands into the needs of human civilizations is staggering. I found popular guides to be sparse considering the area covered. In a taxonomic and field botany approach it became apparent that its possible to generate a wild plant uses guide containing 299 plants for Brunswick County, NC alone! In the Triangle Area of the Piedmont of North Carolina we found 450+ choice plants, and 577 plants for the North Coast Region of California. Within these plant guides thousands and thousands of uses are listed, in gratitude to online resources such as www.pfaf.org. Bringing Cannabis extraction methods, simplistic compared to CO2 extraction machines, yet capturing a very full spectrum of cannabinoids and terpenes. After living and working in the Cannabis Industry, and knowing ways to provide an excellent product for very competitive prices - it became a growing need to provide these artisan crafted products to the public. We love all herbs and plants and will be adding more products. Some will include willow bark extracts, passionflower extracts, Arnica/CBD topicals and teas. We are in our infancy, yet we bring experience and a heartful approach to bring affordable high quality extracts to your table.
